With a spectacular Lake Tahoe and mountain view from EVERY condominium, our condo units are individually owned and available for nightly rental.
The condo units range from one bedroom and one bath to two-bedroom and two baths and include a
- Wood-burning fireplace
- Full kitchen
- Living area
- Lake views
The one-bedroom condominiums are located on the first floor. One bedroom with loft and two-bedroom condominiums are located on the second floor. Condo decor varies with each unit. There is no elevator access to the second level of condo floors, only stairs (17 steps).
All condo bathrooms have step-in tubs and/or step-in showers and are not ADA accessible.

One Bedroom Condominium – Lakefront
A one-bedroom, one bathroom condominium with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a sofa in the living area, wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, private patio and view of Lake Tahoe. Located on first floor level only, condos do not have air conditioning. There is one step up to the condo door and another step into condo itself. All condo bathrooms have step in tubs and are not ADA accessible.
